What calendars and booking systems do you support?

We currently support Google Calendar, Square Appointments (including Square's built-in booking system), Cliniko, Halaxy, Mindbody, Dentally, Core Practice, and Fresha. Calendly, Acuity, and Booksy are coming soon. Using something else? Let us know.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. You can cancel anytime with no fees. We believe you'll stay because it works, not because you're locked in.

Is the price per location or per business?

Pricing is per location. If you run multiple shops, salons, or clinics, we'll set up a multi-location plan tailored to your setup with a discount per extra site. Get in touch and we'll quote it for you.

Is there a call limit?

No hard call cap. Both plans are designed for typical call volumes for your industry. If your practice has unusually high call traffic, we'll have a chat to make sure the plan fits.

Is it reversible? Can I go back to answering calls myself?

Completely reversible. To stop using G'day Desk, just switch off your call forwarding — calls go straight back to your phone like before. Your calendar and bookings stay yours. Zero risk.

How long does setup take?
